This feature is built in an effort to bring smarter assistive tools to G Suite users.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Smart Reply feature in Hangouts Chat uses a complex machine learning algorithm, similar to the algorithm being applied to Gmail&#039;s Smart Reply. Google&#039;s technology will learn which messages most often need a reply, and will suggest up to three different answers for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you&#039;ve selected the right responses, you can immediately send them or tweak them a bit with Smart Reply.
