Introduced first for Google Workspace Individual users in June 2021, the appointment scheduling feature allows users to share their availability via a booking page, which can be used by external stakeholders, clients, and partners to schedule time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">See below for more information and availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ai_bi_anh_huong\"><\/span><b>Who\u2019s impacted<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">End users<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tai_sao_lai_su_dung\"><\/span><b>Why you\u2019d use it<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The existing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">appointment<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> slot <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calendar\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is helpful for internal use cases, specifically <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if you don't know who needs to meet with you, but you want to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">make<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">always<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> available. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For example, professors can <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">invite<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> their students <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to office hours each week or HR professionals can share <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> . <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> availability for benefits Q&amp;A sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new appointment scheduling feature is suited for external use cases, allowing external users, including those without a Google account, to schedule meetings.
