CHALLENGE

In 2013, Nanoco's information exchange system encountered many problems due to limited access and information security. At that time, the mail server system that Nanoco was using was developed based on Mdaemon and Microsoft Outlook solutions. Because the entire server is located in Vietnam, the company's employees face many difficulties when accessing emails from abroad, during business trips. As a result, their work efficiency is disrupted and significantly affected. Safety and security is also one of the weaknesses of the old mail system, due to problems with spam filters that overload employees' mailboxes and affect work efficiency.

More importantly, with a wide distribution system and supply chain throughout Vietnam, Nanoco's managers face difficulties in managing and synchronizing information and workflow across all regions.

Due to the problems with the old mail system stemming from the limitations of this "on-premise" solution, Nanoco decided to consider additional cloud computing solutions in the process of searching for an exchange system. information and alternative email.
