With more than 20 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and distributing electrical equipment in Vietnam, Nanoco is known for its market position and leading market share in this country. Not only is the largest distributor of Panasonic in Vietnam, the company also manufactures and distributes two well-known Nano and Nanoco product lines. The company has developed a wide distribution system including 9 branch companies, 700 sales offices and product display offices at home and abroad, in order to meet the needs of the target market, which are households. families/consumers and businesses.


In 2013, Nanoco's information exchange system encountered many problems due to limited access and information security. At that time, the mail server system that Nanoco was using was developed based on Mdaemon and Microsoft Outlook solutions. Because the entire server is located in Vietnam, the company's employees face many difficulties when accessing emails from abroad, during business trips. As a result, their work efficiency is disrupted and significantly affected. Safety and security is also one of the weaknesses of the old mail system, due to problems with spam filters that overload employees' mailboxes and affect work efficiency.

More importantly, with a wide distribution system and supply chain throughout Vietnam, Nanoco's managers face difficulties in managing and synchronizing information and workflow across all regions.

Due to the problems with the old mail system stemming from the limitations of this "on-premise" solution, Nanoco decided to consider additional cloud computing solutions in the process of searching for an exchange system. information and alternative email. After researching possible solutions and suppliers, Mr. Chinh was quite impressed by the solution provided by Google because he trusted this brand. Nanoco decided to contact Google through and was introduced by Google to Gimasys, the authorized distribution partner of Google Workspace in Vietnam. Chinh estimates that Google Docs and Sheets have helped Nanoco reduce document processing time by 30%. At the same time, Google Calendar also indirectly helps Nanoco reduce ⅓ of meeting time and operating costs, through the application of this tool to manage and arrange schedules and meeting rooms.
