Channels to support Google Workspace in Vietnam

Google provides 24/7 support for the products in the package Google Workspace customer (formerly G-Suite). However, this support service does not support free accounts or includes educational and non-profit accounts. 

The Google Workspace support channel available by email, phone or chat. To access support channels, you need to be a Google Workspace admin. Information to prepare before seeking Google Workspace support

Before contacting support channels for help with your Google Workspace account or Cloud Identity, you can collect information about your problem yourself to make the support process faster and more efficient.

  • Describe the problem and your expectations for everything to work properly. 
  • Describe the steps that caused the problem, including the date, time, time zone the problem occurred (useful for searching Google logs), and any troubleshooting steps you've taken yourself 
  • Is the problem persistent and does it recur across any device, operating system, browser, or network? 
  • A clear screenshot showing the full URL and the exact status or error message, which you can capture in one of the following modes: 
    • Guest mode—Guest mode 
    • Incognito mode—Incognito mode 
  • Username affected and, if applicable, Google version and product 
  • Versions of browsers, operating systems, and extensions running, including internet security, firewalls, anti-virus software, or pop-up blocking software

Live support via Google Workspace Support

As a Google Workspace account administrator, you can contact Google directly for support. Support options vary depending on your subscription, but there's always a way to get in touch with Google directly.

To contact Google Support, you must first log in to the Admin Control Panel:

  • Open a browser to the Admin Console at
  • Sign in with your Workspace Administrator account with your domain name.
  • Click the question mark icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  • On the next screen, you'll be asked if it's a Google Workspace or Identity issue. Select “Google Workspace”.

Take a look at these articles to see if any are relevant to your problem. Otherwise, select “This didn't help, continue with support”.
  • Channels to support Google Workspace in Vietnam 4Next, you will be asked to initiate a phone call or obtain a code in the Support Portal. If you select Phone, you will be provided with a contact number, and if you select Support Portal, you will be taken to the Customer Care portal to create a ticket.
  • Channels to support Google Workspace in Vietnam 5Once you are in the Customer Care Page, click “My Case” then “Create Support Ticket”. Then fill in the details of your issue and submit.
