How to handle your organization's Google Workspace account being suspended

Why is your organization's Google Workspace account suspended: 

Google Workspace customers is a suite of applications on Google's Cloud with some outstanding features such as Gmail domain name, Google Meet, Chat, Google Sites, Calendar... The industry is guaranteed flexible performance without the limitation of space and time. 

If all of a sudden you get the message “Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended” and users in your organization are unable to continue using the service, it could be due to one of the following reasons: 

• Your company's google workspace account is having a payment error, has not been renewed or has been overdue for payment
• The domain name that is registered for the Google Workspace service has expired or has not been renewed. 
• The Google workspace account violates Google's policies and should be locked: what happens when your organization signs up for services with some units that are not official partners of Google or buys cheap copies floating around Online. Some telltale signs that account sellers violate Google's policies are as follows: 
  • Much cheaper when compared to the official Google Workspace price from Google
  • The price is not calculated according to the user license but according to the "fixed package" with the quantity levels of 50, 100, 500, 1,000... accounts
  • Price not monthly or yearly is a one-time, lifetime fee
  •  Storage does not reach a minimum of 30GB
  • Can't create more accounts for new users when the registered limit expires
  • Can't access Admin Console admin page as Super Admin
  • Using the same system or using another company's domain name
  • Unable to contact Google support (Google does not provide support for these accounts)
  • Do not use/update new features of Google Workspace
