Google Chat allows adding up to 50,000 members to the same space
What’s changing
Shortly after introducing announcements in Google Chat last year, Google increased the number of users you can add to a space from 8,000 to 50,000. To provide greater flexibility and inclusiveness for larger organizations, Google is excited to announce that starting today, spaces can now have up to 500,000 members.
If you are adding a Google Group as a member to set up large spaces, the table below shows how long it will typically take to populate this space.
