2. Google Calendar users can set resource usage schedules of Microsoft Exchange

What’s new:

You can now let Google Calendar users schedule use of resources like Microsoft Exchange calendar meeting rooms, when they're about to schedule a meeting.

Why you should use this feature

Google understands that some of its users will have to manage both Google Calendar and Microsoft Exchange users in an enterprise at the same time. Last year, Google added a feature to share resource usage information between users in two environments. With this update, Calendar users can easily book any meeting room or item that is stored in Exchange.

How to get started

For admin: To enable the reservation feature in the Admin console, refer to the following instructions.
For end users: Once this feature is enabled, Calendar users will be able to view both the resources displayed in Calendar and Exchange.
