Extended to all G Suite customers to use advanced Google Meet features until September 30, 2020
What’s changing
Last month, Google announced that all G Suite customers (G Suite Basic, Business, Education and Nonprofit) can use premium features for free. Google Meet until July 2020. But now, Google has extended this offer to date September 30, 2020 to ensure businesses, organizations and educators continue to do their jobs during this crisis.
Additionally, Google removed the word Hangouts from the name of Google Meet. You'll start to see this change reflected in the product and across resources over the next few weeks.
